For more than 25 years, I've worked in public accounting and large multinational corporations. I learned early that financial clarity is the foundation for everything else. Strong systems allow organizations to focus on their mission.

My family and I have built our lives around five core principles: building margin, upholding values, investing wisely, leaving a legacy, and developing generosity. These aren't just financial concepts. They're how we approach faith, family, and service. I've learned to apply this framework throughout my career.

In 2024, I began consulting for a fintech startup and stepped in as Treasurer for a new church plant. Working directly with smaller organizations revealed a gap. These leaders are running their churches and businesses with genuine passion and integrity, but without the financial systems and professional support to do it confidently.

That's when it clicked. My 25 years of experience, combined with the B.U.I.L.D. framework my family has lived by, could address a critical gap.
